The Preventive Maintenance Office has made arrangements for filters to
be changed in all rooms in Bldg. 14 on 3/10 and 3/11 between 6:30 AM
and 2:00 PM for both days.
There will be no interruption in service since none of the fan coil
units will be shut down while the 139 filters are being changed.
If necessary, would you please make arrangements to have all office
equipment and paperwork moved away from the fan coil units to allow for
filter changing.
