Printer not printing

Bias seems wedged.
Bias claims to be ready and printing when checked in lpq.
But there are 20 jobs, and it isn't actually printing.
The status bar says 00 Ready.
The green Ready LED is flashing.
The orange/pink LED next to the On Line button is glowing.
So is the orange/pink LED next to the Form Feed button.
