all drinking fountains and labs
System: All hot and cold domestic and lab process water
Date: 3/7/97
Day: Friday
Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Duration: 8 hours (or longer)
Reason: Many broken valves that must be repaired
Effect: Loss of all hot and cold domestic water (bathrooms,
drinking fountains, kitchen sinks); all hot and cold
lab process water (for labs) during shutdown period.
