To whom it may concern:
What's up with our update? Between my assistant cluster manager, Phil
Oh (username pobox), and myself we have requested an update on numerous
occasions. I have received one reply from rita and am still awaiting
the update. I am greatly disappointed at the lack of communication
and/or results. I understand you are probably under some serious strain
with the deployment of the new release and the changes in Athena's
structure. However, I beseech you not to forget some of your smaller,
but equally important clients.
You may contact me or Phil Oh or Mike Powers at 536-3931 or
236-0024. There is almost always somebody in the house (526 Beacon St.)
so if you want to just come by, feel free to do so.
