I reported this earlier this week, but either I didn't cc: myself or
the mail got stuck somewhere. In either case, the machine has not
been fixed.
It was down, stuck in rebooting after displaying the AFS
U.S. government restricted rights notice. I rebooted and saw that
fsck found many errors in one or two inodes, and then fsck
segfaulted (never a good sign). It then proceeded and stopped at the
restricted rights notice. I tried rebooting again, same thing.
The SGIs in 13-5051 are completely standard install, no local
customizations, so feel free to reinstall from scratch as needed.
