Building: E19 - 6th and 7th floors
System: Air Handler 7-1, Supply Air/Return Air systems
Date: 3/12, 13 and 14
Day: Wednesday Thursday and Friday
Time: 6:00 AM (3/12) - 3:00 PM (3/14)
Duration: 72 hours
Reason: Fan System replacement within E19-701 Mechanical Rm.
Effect: Loss of chilled water, supply ventilation, supply
cooling, supply heating and fire alarm system.

Further Information for your review:

There will be tempid ventilation from the exhaust fans
as well as full peripheral ventilation (heating/cooling) on the
6th and 7th floors during this shutdown.

Air Handler 7-1 is a huge fan which is extremely
sensitive. It is necessary to replace this fan now.
Most importantly with this new improved ventilation
system, all occupants of the 6th and 7th floors will
benefit greatly in the upcoming spring/summer seasons.
