Subject: air shutdown tomorrow

Physical Plant will be shutting down an E40 ventilation unit ("air
handler 1") for 1-1/2 hours between 9am and 2pm tomorrow (Tuesday,
February 25), for regular maintenance. During that time, we won't
have any cooling on the floor, so people with windowless offices may
want to turn off all their computer monitors when leaving tonight, so
the office doesn't get too hot tomorrow during the shutdown.
