Just to clear up our paperwork, I'm sending this note out. I had
previously talked to JJ on the phone about Hong Li's printer. She had
claimed that it was still streaking after putting in a new toner
cartridge.
Jim had gone over to check it out and a whole pile of printouts
were on the stack that showed no signs of poor print quality. They ran
through some more pages and agreed that there was no longer a problem.
If it should arise again, Ms. Li will contact us for repair.
