Uh, yes, February 23. Let's try again:
On the morning of Sunday February 23 between 1am and 3am there will be
an outage of the sipb.mit.edu AFS cell while we upgrade one of the
server machines. If all goes well, the actual outage time should be
much shorter than two hours.
