Building: 26 - Entire Bldg.-restroom facilities, sinks,
drinking fountains, labs
System: Domestic and lab process water, both hot and cold
Date: 2/12
Day: Wednesday
Time: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Duration: 5 hours
Reason: Valve needs to be replaced to isolate Bldg. 16 for
Beacon Construction Co.
Effect: Loss of all domestic and lab water (both hot and cold)
during shutdown.
