Hi,
We have a private workstation George2-sun.mit.edu
in Building 66, room 363.
The keyboard is broken all of a sudden.
The keys: x, c, v, n and m (those in the last row)
will generate funny combinations. Say if you
type x, if gives you xc, etc.
I have tried to reboot the system and it wouldn't fix
it. It also prevents you from logging in if your username
or passward uses one of those keys!
I'm now logged in remotely via telnet so I'm typing
with a different keyboard from my PC so that's why
things look right.
Can we get a replacement?
Thanks a lot.
