Duration: 8 hours
Reason: Tie in new fan coil unit which serves Rms. 550, 551, 552,
basement cooling but affects entire fan coil units in building
(chilled water/air conditioning)
Effect: Loss of chilled water (air conditioning) during
shutdown period.
