Trouble with floppy drive at M38-370-5

We're having trouble with the floppy drive at a Sparc Station 4 (M38-370-5).
The disk is released by either the eject command or the emergency release
but then gets stuck in the drive. We tried two different floppies on this
machine and on another for comparison. Both got stuck in the M-38-370-5 but
not in the other machine. We assume that there is something in the drive.
Please have a look at this machine and check the drive.
