I found 3 printers in W20 down this morning. They are now all ok except
for python noises.
Ceres was offline.
W20-east-2 had a paper jam which some helpful person had tried to remove and
in the process left hand prints all over the OPC cartridge. A new maint.
kit took care of this problem.
W20-east-3 had a full toner collection bottle error and also needed a toner
kit.
