Building: 18 - all rooms including restroom facilities, drinking
fountains, kitchen and lab sinks
System: All domestic and de-ionized water (hot and cold)
Date: 1/25/97
Day: Saturday
Time: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Duration: 8 hours
Reason: Change all valves for both systems
Effect: Loss of pure, hot domestic, hot lab process, cold domestic,
cold lab process and de-ionized water.
