Please be informed that the Sylvania Lighting Services will be group
relamping your building in the near future. Group relamping is
performed to prevent multiple lamp failures and nuisance lamp burnouts.
It is also more economical than single lamp replacement.
The following buildings will be group relamped in this order starting
January 27th and ending approximately April 19th.

You will be notified by email one week prior to the work being done.
Work hours will be 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Monday - Thursday. Workmen will
be clothed in blue uniforms and will carry MIT badges. Campus Police
will also be aware of work locations each night.
The Sylvania Project Manager can be reached by page and/or radio
through "FIXIT". Your cooperation and assistance in providing access
to all of your work areas and passing this information on to your
department will be greatly appreciated.
