Here are some examples of ping results from "m33-222-6" to rho and others
on the same subnet:
----rho.MIT.EDU PING Statistics----
13 packets transmitted, 11 packets received, 15% packet loss
round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 0/0/0
----18.78.0.69 PING Statistics----
11 packets transmitted, 11 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 0/3/40
----18.78.0.65 PING Statistics----
8 packets transmitted, 8 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 0/0/0
This is fairly constant, regardless of where I ping from or to. Rho always
loses 15-30 %.
