Stuck "-" key on m11-113-13

The "-" key on the alpha part of the keyboard sticks, sometimes repeating for
a few seconds before releasing.  The "-" on the numeric keypad works alright,
but shifting it doesn't give an underscore, so it can't be used to fully
bypass the problem.
