Reason: Tie in Fan Coil Unit to Chilled Water, controls
for heating steam.
Effect: Loss of chilled water, supply cooling and supply
heating during shutdown period as follows:
Loss of chilled water for 102 and 106, heat for hitemp
materials processing technologies
