The following filter change advisory for NW12 for 1/14 and 1/15 is for
your information. If you have a concern, please let me know.

Building: NW12 - entire building
System: Fan Coil Units (will remain operational while filters
are changed)
Date: 1/14 and 15
Day: Tuesday and Wednesday
Time: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM each day
Duration: 2 days (7 hours each day)
Reason: Filter change advisory (85 filters to be changed)
Effect: None - no equipment will be shutdown during filter
changes.
Filters will be changed on all of 3rd floor and a part
of the 2nd floor on 1/14; the remainder of 2nd floor
and all of 1st floor on 1/15.
*Note: Please remove any paperwork or other items from
either on top of or underneath any fan col units so
that the filter people can easily access this equipment.
