Naomi,
Don't panic - the projector is in, looks good and the installation fine
points are almost complete. We'll let you know when the subswitcher is
completly labelled and then show you around.
The issues relate to the Athena monitor and the data jack in the front of
the room.
Earlier this week, we noticed the monitor had no blue information. We
contacted your crew about it and they came the next morning. However, we
then noticed that it was OK and told them to not switch the monitor. Well,
now the monitor doesn't have any red! The problem seems to be at the
monitor and not the CPU because the projector is getting RGB. So it looks
like a monitor needs replacing after all.
Secondly, the data jack in the front of the room appears to be off-line and
not active. This forces people to disconnect the workstation jack to use a
laptop on the network, which is not what we want, right?
