The following filter change advisory for Bldg. 38 for 1/13/97 is for
your information. If you have a concern, please feel free to contact
me.

Building: 38 - 344, 355, PA344, 265, 247, 177, 161, 145 and 117
System: Fan Coil Units, Supply Fans (these units will be
operational during the filter changes) as follows:
Date: 1/13/97
Day: Monday
Time: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Duration: 6 hours
Reason: 12 filter changes
Effect: None - units will remain operational during filter
changes. Each change should take about 5 minutes.
Note: Would you please move any furniture,
boxes, etc., that are underneath of or on top of
the fan coil units so that the filters can be changed.
