The following a filter change advisory for Bldg. 12 for 1/10/97 is for
your information. If you have a concern, please feel free to contact
me.

System: Terminal Fan Coil Units (will not be shut down during
filter changes)
Date: 1/10/97
Day: Friday
Time: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Duration: 7 hours (each filter change will take approximately 5
minutes
Reason: 80 filter changes
Effect: None - no units will be shutdown during filter changes.
Note: Please make certain that any paperwork that is on
top of or furniture that is beneath the fan coil units
in your office be moved so that the filter people can easily
access these units.
