I talked to Lou some via zephyr and after talking to the other Ops folk around
decided to back out the print filter changes we made in December. It seems
unlikley that that was the casue of the problems, but that is the only thing
that has changed recently and thus the first thing that should be checked out.
Therefore, please tell us if there are still excessive HP5 Jams over the next
few days. If there are we need to start looking for a new problem.
