The following rescheduled requested shutdown for Bldgs. E18 and parts
of E-17 for 1/10/97 is for your information and comment. Please advise
if this rescheduled shutdown has your approval or not.
There will be three (3) shutdown requests for this project. The first
is as shown below, the second request will probably be around or on
1/17 for approx. 4-5 hours and the final will be around 2/15 for 30
minutes.

Reason: Remove buss duct switch on 4th floor -take measurements
for construction of replacement
Effect: Loss of access controls, building power, telephones
and lighting as follows:
