problem with ceres

Hi,
There seems to be a problem with printing to ceres. The printer itself looks
fine, but lpq says:
: elliot@planet-zorp; lpq -Pceres
PAPER-PUSHER.MIT.EDU... Printer Error: may need attention! (offline or intervention needed)

Resetting the printer doesn't help. It is on the net and pingable.
