Earlier today m1-142-16 locked up while I was using Adina. I spoke to the consultants in building
11. Ctrl Shift / F12 did not work, nor did pressing the button on the front of the machine. They
said that the only solution would be to unplug the machine. I haven't done so as I would prefer it
be handled by you. I reported it to the athena consultants, but the machine remains locked. Can
someone please look into it?
