Between 1am and 3am tonight (the morning of December 3) there will be
an outage of the SIPB server bloom-beacon while we upgrade to faster
disks. During the outage, no new news will appear on news.mit.edu
(but people will still be able to read news) and the following discuss
meetings will be unavailable:

oms
rtfm-maint
sipb-fsstnd
