Steve-dallas (the SGI next to the door in the SIPB office) just crashed
saying "panic: kernel fault"; jhawk sent mail to bugs ([14851] in bugs)
yesterday saying that it had panic'd with an ecc/memory parity error.
It failed to come up again after dumping (it just crashed again).
Could you check on this?

Oh, it probably will need a software reinstall after fixing; it reported
"afsd: some file missing or bad in /usr/vice/etc" when trying to boot.
