SGI Video Not Working in 66-Cluster?

Hello,
Why isn't the video working on the SGI machines
in the building 66 cluster? When I run capture, the video
option is not available(greyed out). When we tried to run
the video control panel it reported the video daemon isn't
running. We hunted for it but alas, to no avail! Troubleshooting
said the Video Execution Environment should be installed,
yet software manager didn't report its presence if it's here.
We did this hunting around on m66-080-12, but I think it's
pretty much the same on the others.
