System: Normal Electrical power (emergency power not affected)

Day: Monday
Time: 4:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Duration: 3 hours
Reason: High voltage distribution upgrade
Effect: Loss of access controls, building power, computers,
lighting, chilled, pure, heating hot water and de-ionized
water, supply ventilation, cooling, heating, exhaust
laboratory, exhaust general, exhaust-toilet, compressed
control, compressed lab and lab vacuum air.
A 3-hour outage will mitigate future shutdowns.
