The following information which pertains to the requested critical
shutdown of Bldg. 7 - 3rd floor offices, even for 11/22 PM to 11/23 AM
is for your review and comment. Would you please let me know if this has
your approval or disapproval at your earliest convenience.

CRITICAL
Building: 7 -3rd Floor Offices, even
System: Air Handler 4
Date: 11/22 PM - 11/23 AM
Day: Friday PM - Saturday AM
Duration: 20 hours
Reason: Have to seal seams on ductwork on the intake side of AH4 in the
copier room to prevent airborne toner from being drawn
into the fan and distributed to the service area of the fan.
Effect: Loss of supply ventilation, supply cooling and heating
during 20 hour shutdown.
*Note: System needs to be scheduled for shutdown during off hour
s
and left off for approximately 18 hours due to odors from
sealant used.
