Requested Filter Changes - Bldg. 13 - 11/21, 22, 25 & 26

Good Afternoon,

I have a huge filter change notification for Bldg. 13 from the basement
up to and including the 5th floor for this coming Thursday, Friday,
next Monday and Tuesday (11/21 - 26). No services will be shut down, a
filter person would enter an office or lab pop out the old filter and
put in a new one. This would take approximately 1 ro 4 minutes each
depending upon the size of the filter.

Would you please let me know if this would have your approval or
disapproval.

Building:       13 -all offices, labs in basement thru 5th floors
System:         Fan Coils, induction units and supply fans
Date:           11/21, 22, 25 and 26
Day:            Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday
Time:           7:00 AM - 2:00 PM each day
Duration:       4 days: Filter changes on 5th floor -Thurs., 4th floor
                - Friday; all other floors on Monday and Tuesday.
Reason:         575 filter changes
Effect:         Minimal - no equipment will be shut down. Filter person
                would enter room, take out old filter and install a new
                one. This would take approximately 1 to 4 minutes
                depending upon the size of the filter/

                Physical Plant personnel are aware of chemicals on
                floor 3 and would take extreme caution.
