We're having a problem with Psum in Bldg. 20; there seems to be an
active job stuck in the queue, blocking all later jobs from printing.
The printer itself looks okay (it's online and says "ready"), and I've
also tried resetting it, and also power-cycling it.
Michael Duff at OLC suggested that you might clear the queue and get
us started fresh. I'd be grateful for your help!
