Hi,

My name is Robert Morris. I'm involved in a market analysis project
for MIT Food Services. This project entails determining the likely
hallway traffic at various points thoughout the MIT campus per half
hour, so that future food service locations can be placed where the
need is greatest. I was wondering how I might go about getting some
usage statistics, by half-hour, for the public Athena clusters. This
data would be integrated with data from the scheduling office about
lecture sizes and locations in order to produce a picture (admittedly
rough) of how much traffic is going where at any given point. I'm not
looking for any confidential sort of information, just a basic figure
for how many terminals are being used.

Any help or direction you could give would be greatly appreciated by
myself and all those involved in the project. I can be reached via
e-mail as ramorris@mit.edu, or by phone (leave a message) at x59427.
My supervisor for the project is Dave Danells (ddanells@mit.edu;
x32813), in case you have any questions. Thanks very much!

Robert
