 I would like this message forwarded to information systems.

 I have a qualm regarding the setup of the printer queue.  People put things
 on the queue, the printer has a problem and then they leave.  The next thing
 you know, you fix the printers (remove paper from a jammed area...) and then
 wait forever until everyone else's stuff is printed.  These people don't
 even have the courtesy to remove their items from the queue when they logout.
 There should be a way of remomving these items.
