Hi, the printer in my office is jammed with files that will not print.
These were printed from an IBM running LPR spooler, and this problem has
occurred before. I have has the people printing run leash and try and
delete the file from the spooler, but it won't let them. Can you please
send me instructions on how to clear the queue?
