Exceesive Heat W20 Facility

Had taken a few complaints about very warm conditions that existed in the
W20-575 facility at approx. 1:30pm. Carlton and I had verfied the problem, and
had contacted P.P. Did not get much response from the day people, so I had
placed another call about 1 hour later, and got 2nd shift. They had tracked
the problem down to the FCS3 on their end, and have correctd the problem.
W20-575 facility is now comfortable.
