I just spoke with Stephanie at net-help. Dave Turnquist made an
appointment with Jeremy and will be going over to check on whether
the drops are there and just need to be activated. She claims
that the first they heard of this request for network was on
Friday, Oct 25, the same day that Juan delivered the machines.
Juan says that he expected network to be active on that day.
Let's try to get to the bottom of this so that we can find out
where things went astray and prevent it from happening again.
