The following which pertains to the requested shutdown for Building 66
- labs - 10/31/96 is for your information and comment. Would you please
let me know if this is either acceptable or unacceptable.

Building: 66 - Lab support systems, primary air interior zone,
sub-basement, hood make-up, basement labs
System: Air handler 1 -example of Rms. serviced - 125 to 165
and so on for each floor
AH2 (PM#702539) - services rms. 144 to 168, and so on
for each floor
AH3 (PM#702541) - services rms. 111 to 100, same for
each floor
AH4 (PM#702542) services sub-basement
AH6 (PM#702533) services sub-basement
AH7 (PM#702543) services entire basement
Date: 10/31/96
Day: Thursday
Time: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Duration: 2 hours total - see breakdown per unit below
Reason: filter change
Effect: Loss of supply ventilation, cooling and heating. Air
Handler 1 will be down for 30 minutes; AH2 - down for
20 minutes; AH3 down for 20 minutes; AH4 - down for 15
minutes and AH 6 & 7 will be down for 15 minutes.
