I just finished printing a job to pindar, and it jammed 3 times in the
process of printing my file. It seems to jam a lot (from reading
through zephyr logs). All three times I fished jammed papers out of
the printer, they were in the bottom area used to flip the pages over
in double-sided mode. (I realized afterwards that we are not supposed
to open the printers, and I apologize for this.) If you could identify
and fix the problem, I am sure many regular users of the m66 cluster
would appreciate it.
