Last week I reported that the printer in the E25-131 HST cluster
"imhotep" was flashing a "4" with a "little man" symbol to call field
service. I received a response from Rita that the printer required a
maintenance kit. Now, understand that the printer was not flashing
the sign that it required a maintenance kit, but I took your advise
and installed such a kit.
Having done this, I find that the printer is still flashing
a "4" and saying "call field service". What do you suggest
now?
Please advise.
