Hi, the printer Python in the w20-575 athena cluster has a major paper jam,
and won't print. A couple of us tried to clear the jam but we couldn't. We
can see a part of the paper but there is no way to get at it. Please clear the
printer queue for this printer, and close the queue until it is fixed.
Otherwise there will be a whole lot of unwanted jobs printed on the printer
when it is fixed. The users have printed on other printers.
