broken/missing chairs in w20

The chair I am sitting on (currently in front of w20-575-120) has no
back. However, I still have to use it because there aren't enough
chairs in here to begin with. By just wandering around the cluster,
there are at least 6 workstations with broken chairs, Lobdell chairs, or
no chairs, and there is also a pile of broken chairs in one spot.
Please replace the chairs so that we can have a comfortable working
environment.
