Hello Hotline....
Hello once again... this is the fifth(5th) message regarding this
same printer issue.
The architecture department has purchased a new HP-4mv printer, which
we are ready to install.
The printer has already been installed in Room 7-402 next to an active
jack.
- It's name will be "alps"
- It will be attached to the Dec5000: CRYPT.MIT.EDU
- The spool directory will be: "/usr/spool/printer/alps" (on crypt)
- An IP ADDRESS HAS BEEN ASSIGNED!!! (18.80.1.189)
- In the 'hesinfo' database, the printer 'alps' should look identical
to our other printer: 'adler'.
