The following which pertains to the requested shutdown of certain rooms
in E40 for 10/23/96 is for your review and information. Would you
please let me know if this shutdown is acceptable or unacceptable.

System: Fan Coil Units
Date: 10/23/96
Day: Wednesday
Time: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
Duration: 45 minutes
Reason: Filter change
Effect: Minimal - this will affect the supply cooling and
supply heating, but each unit will be down for approx. 5
minutes while the filter is being changed.
It is also requested that if there is any equipment or
desks with papers next to or beneath a unit that the
equipment be moved (or at least covered) and any paperwork be
removed from desks so that workmen can easily access the units.
