Moira will be shut down this Saturday night (Sunday morning) around
midnight to be moved to a new UPS. This should take less than 15
minutes. During that time, moira and reg_svr clients (moira, blanche,
register, reg_extra, etc) may hang, time out, or report `Can't connect
to Moira server'.
Also, starting this weekend, we will be shutting down the moira server
from about 12:30am to 8:15am every Saturday night/Sunday morning, for
purposes related to testing the new server. During these periods,
moira clients will return error messages explaining that the server is
down for the night.
