The following which pertains to the requested shutdown for Bldgs. E53
and E56 for 10/13 & 14 is for your information and review. Would you
please let me know if this shutdown is acceptable or unacceptable.

Buildings: E53 and E56 - all restroom facilities
System: Potable hot and cold water
Date: 10/13 and 14
Day: Sunday and Monday
Time: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM each day
Duration: 48 hours (potable hot and cold water will remain shut
off overnight)
Reason: Replace 8" main gate valve coming into buildings.
Effect: Shutdown of hot and cold domestic water for 48
hours--no restrooms will be operational in these two buildings.
This will also affect the sanitary draingage system
during shutdown period.
