A user came in reporting ajax was confused.
It reported that TRAY 3 was EMPTY, but tray
3 had plenty of paper. It didn't respond to
any front panel buttons, and the Data light
was lit.
I power cycled.
It came up READY, but did not print any jobs in the queue.
