Emergency shutdown of W20-575 cluster

Tonight (Fri Feb 8) at 10pm, we will be closing the W20-575 public
cluster in order to update the system packs on the 18.70 subnet.
Unfortunately, the performance in the W20 cluster is now really
terrible, and shutting down the cluster will allow us to fix
the RVD servers most quickly. (Richard and I will start working
at 10pm tonight...we can't say how long it will take, but when
we are through, the W20 cluster will get good performance.)
I'll send mail when it is back in service.
